We at SHI WHOLESALE LLC want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if you reside outside the United States, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
